E. PUBLISHERS DISTRIBUTION. This section refers to your distribution of JavaTM SE development software (“JDK”) with your printed book or magazine (how these terms are commonly used in the industry) with respect to Java technology (“Publication”). Subject to compliance with the restrictions and obligations contained in the Agreement, Oracle hereafter grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to reproduce complete and unmodified copies of the JDK on electronic media (the “media”) only for recording and broadcasting with your or their publications, subject to the following conditions: (i) you may not broadcast the JDK on an enforceable basis; They must be distributed with your (s) publication (s); (ii) you are responsible for downloading the JDK from Oracle`s website; (iii) you should call the JDK the JavaTM SE development kit; (iv) the JDK must be reproduced in its entirety and without any modifications (including with respect to all ownership instructions) and distributed with your publication subject to a licensing agreement which is a full and unchanged copy of this Agreement; (v) The media label contains the following information: “Copyright [YEAR], Oracle America, Inc. All rights reserved. The use is subject to the conditions of license. The ORACLE and JAVA trademarks, as well as all trademarks, service marks, logos and other trademarks related to ORACLE and JAVA, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Oracle in the United States and other countries. [YEAR] is the year Oracle released the software; Annual information is generally available in the software`s field or “On” screen. This information must be placed on the media label so that it applies only to the JDK; (vi) you must clearly label the JDK as an Oracle product on the support or dementor holder, and you should not specify or imply that Oracle is responsible for third-party software contained in the media; (vii) they cannot include third-party software to replace or replace the JDK on the media; (viii) They agree to defend and compensate Oracle and its licensees for damages, costs, charges, settlement amounts and/or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the use or dissemination of the JDK and/or publication; and ix) you must send a written notification to Oracle for each publication; this notice includes the following information: (1) publication title, 2) authors, 3) publication date and (4) ISBN or ISSN issues.
